INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE

Terms of Reference

 

  1. POWERS AND DUTIES
    1. To oversee, report and make recommendations to the School on a long-term strategic infrastructure plan and overall maintenance of facilities, infrastructure and assets.
    2. To review and monitor the adequacy and current and future needs of the School’s infrastructure. 
    3. To provide advice on strategy, priorities and costs relating to the utilization, maintenance and future development of the physical infrastructure of the School.
    4. To identify and address priority issues regarding infrastructure for the School in consultation and cooperation with School members.
       
  2. MEMBERSHIP
    1. Appointments to the Committee shall be for a period of two years, renewable at the discretion of the School Director.
    2. Membership as of January 16, 2025:
    • Professor Cheng-Han Yu, Associate Professor (Chair)
    • Professor Ralf Jauch, Professor
    • Ms Sylvia Kwok, School Manager
    • Ms Vivian, Ng Chor Wing, Technical Manager
