SPACE COMMITTEE

Terms of Reference

1. POWERS AND DUTIES
   1. To consider space requests from faculty members  
   2. To ensure efficient use of space by current members of the School
   3. To identify and earmark space for new recruits
   4. To discuss and implement possible solutions for other space issues 
   5. To ensure space allocation (or reallocation) is done on a fair and sustainable basis 
   6. To develop and disseminate School policies for best use of space
       
2. MEMBERSHIP
   1. Appointments to the Committee shall be for a period of two years, renewable at the discretion of the School Director.
   2. Membership as of January 15, 2025:
   • Professor Michael Häusser, Professor (Chair)
   • Professor Cora Lai, Associate Professor
   • Professor Alan Wong, Associate Professor
   • Ms Sylvia Kwok, School Manager
